I was trying to day dream but my mind kept wandering..



I try..I do try to remember a piece of information when I;m doing something or thinking about a matter...I try..I do try to be mindful..but sometimes my mind is to full of mindfulness...and that's something comepletely different....and voila there I go again.....

.......................wandering off to enchanting and exiting places...................................

Mindfulness is the quality of fullness of attention, immediacy, non-distraction. In that sense, it is the key to life.

                   

                    I very often wander off to your enchanted place in this magical world of blog...:)
