Well aren't you just the lucky one! In Northern California I am looking out at my two frozen iced over cars. lol it is almost 9am and it is 37 degrees.
It makes me happy to read that you are happy and content, with the view outside your window. We all aren't, always.
I try to be. Try... :-)
Most of the time, I 'see' the beauty of a Winter day {at this time of year}. Sometimes I 'see' the dirty snow at the edge of the road.
But I really try to keep the first view, foremost in my mind.
Thank you for this inspiration... I feel an entry taking shape, in my mind. And if it materializes, I'll link back to yours... my inspiration, of course.
Beautiful! What a view! With our drought conditions,I can't help but think of all that water in that scene when it melts. The view outside my window this morning is the sprinkler watering the garden, a small window of opportunity given by the Government, Sundays 6 am-9a.m. for odd numbered houses. The weather forecast is 42 degrees on Tuesday. (We are allowed to bucket water to the garden on that day).I am enjoying everyone's snow scenes from the Northern Hemisphere.

Ah you are fortunate! We are very grey today. And we all would love to see snow!! Enjoy the beauty outside your window!!
Oh, what a beautiful picture!
Sending "warm" wishes your way.
Oh Dutchess, what an enchanting view. It is really romantic for me, as we so seldom even see snow! Beautiful Monet...
Blessings,
