   On the 27th day of this first month in 2018 a little miracle arrived..
                          My fifth granddaughter.
                                                                           ..SAM..
                                             I am blessed..

I am very proud to announce that on The Fifth day Of January  a little girl was born on this planet..
Not just any girl..but my fourth Granddaughter..and daughter of my second daughter..!

I welcome you little Danae..may your journey be beautiful..
      ...and may your travels be many, filled with magic .

It was on a Monday..

                                      

It was on a Monday that a miracle happened on the Hilltop...and it felt like that after a long time we could breathe again.... our hearts lifted...like we had past through a veil of mist and now entered a new world..because with every child that is born the world begins again.

....Sorrow is hushed into peace in my heart like the evening among the silent trees...

Two beautiful swans brought to us a bundle of Joy and Hope..a little girl...then took of..leaving it in our care...

(When you followed my blog you know that they were actually her brothers...)

They will be remembered in the sparkle of sunlight on water.

Just a few hours old....and already very curious. Welcome little FEM...

I think, at a child's birth, if a (grand)mother could ask a fairy godmother to endow it with the most useful gift, that gift should be curiosity.

About Hope..

9-11......and I don't have to mention what year..because we all know...

I know where I was that day..and how devastated....

So...this date.....9-11....it changed for me...two years ago...
I remember my daughter saying when she was pregnant...I do hope she isn't going to be born on....*-* because of the sadness of that day......but, babies have  a will of there own...a purpose maybe...and well..a little baby WAS born...
A little girl with bright eyes..looking at the world...in wonder....not knowing yet....or maybe knowing everything...

We can only hope she will grow up ...hope she will be strong..happy...and maybe change something...or maybe..she all ready did...

Its my granddaughters Birthday today....we are celebrating life..love and happiness..xoxo

Letst watch over our kids....and tell them to be more carefull..checking out with a smile...see ya..

Complete the goal...

There was much to complete in the last few weeks..attending parties.. gifts that had to be bought..birthdays..four in ONE month..traveling back and forth...hugs and kisses...a housewarming party..hosting a family gathering..(shopping baking decorating...lot of dishes)..stories were told and speeches were made...and now this weekend, last but not least..Elynn's birthday..Presents ,candles and pink balloons..This little fairy will be celebrating her second B Day..YEEE.................I'm really tired....

When I enter my garden in the early morning there are fragile silver threads of farewell..clinging to my body ...the sky is silent...the last swallow left a blue trail ...The dandelion asks with a roar...pick me, pick me..and make a wish....these are the last days of summer..

Venture..

And there she goes......it will be a venture but she is prepared..her building bricks new and colorfull..to build a miracle......the future..

And I'm so happy to be here..to be able to see my daughters stepping out into the world..and to see my granddaughter standing..ready to take her first steps on her own...how time flies..but how proud can you get.....

A new Hat...

In a way this post is about a new hat...a new fairy hat to be precise...but it also is a post about Hope..Faith..and the thing that combines them...
I think you all have been in that position where in seconds your life changes from daily routine into total chaos and confusion..scary isn't it..!!
Our family on the Hilltop experienced just that..three of us were in the hospital for different reasons..(in one week..how in earth did we manage that)and for a while worry and uncertainty took over our minds..

In times of trouble you HAVE to keep your faith..you Have to keep HOPE afloat..and how to do that...its very simple...just by loving each other..Love is the greatest power on this planet..its the force that's able to conquer everything....!
So..now we come to the Hat part of the story...remember THIS one...almost a year back in time..

This little Fairy now needs a new hat..she's outgrown the old one because its her FIRST birthday...hip hip hurray..she made it...I made it..we all made it through this first year..and we are ever so grateful..





I love you all..and thank you for worrying..we are all back on our feet and back on track..

and I musn;t forget to mention number four in our family trials and tribulations...one of us..a sweet 9 year old girl,was chased by a swarm of wasps..and got stung several times...She told us later that when she was running for her life she was thinking..'This is what happened to Winnie the Pooh..'
