We are having a wonderful Autumn day..not to cold,not to wet ,a little breeze,a little shine...perfect weather to give my house (and myself)a BOOST...
First I am going to bake a pie..and put a stew on the stove..Now a lovely scent fills my home..Then I am going to whip out all the ingredients for a wonderful Holiday season..I am going to polish my silver...dust the christal..fill all the candelsticks I can find..put this lovely quilt on my bed to keep me warm together with my new flanel pyjama,and then go to the attic and open the "winter trunk"..its filled with all kinds of curiosity to decorate my house in winter season style...
I'll probably will be busy for ours and when my hubby comes home tonight he will surely say...'what happend here'..because I am well known for my 'home improvement' skills...I think that at the end of this day everything will have a new place..even the big Cabinet(it was my great great grandfathers)..I learned some tricks to move the old thing over the years..

I am ready dear Dutchess! It sounds like you enjoy doing what I love....making my nest nice and cozy and magical for not just the holidays, but always! I know a couple of tricks as well on how to move furniture! My husband would come home and find large pieces in different places too! I am all here dearest, I will help you hang the garland and put up the lights and then all of us can sit and have a slice of that pie with tea!! Have a fun, fun time! Bisous, Anita
