Silencio.....just LISTEN

may my heart always be open to little
birds who are the secrets of living
whatever they sing is better than to know
and if men should not hear them men are old

may my mind stroll about hungry
and fearless and thirsty and supple
and even if it's sunday may I be wrong
for whenever men are right they are not young

and may myself do nothing usefully
and love yourself so more than truly
there's never been quite such a fool who could fail
pulling all the sky over him with one smile

E.E. Cummings.

I.m back...and in a little while I will be back on track...wishing you a beautiful Sunday...T.D

This, is magnificent ma belle. And the voice...the best part of all.

I must pull out my copy of E.E. Cummings today and will think of you my precious little bird.

One more thought before I go make a walk to LISTEN to the birds; no wonder I crave my holiday so I can just read and fill myself up with silence. I want to be young for it is in listening that one stays sharp and ready to see...thank you for the silence my dearest...Nita

A birds song is what I love to listen to each morning.. What a beautiful video dear Dutchess. Silence, the birds and a tender voice.

I just had to hear the silent voice again before I sit down to dinner. There were many birds chirping today in my garden, a silly gray squirrel sleeping on a limb and drinking out of the bird bath, and several rabbits on our path. But none as so lovely as this....

sweet dreams...Nita
