“Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”
I made this post just before the terrible and tragic event that took place in Boston...now I would like to add to this post...-Is this our destiny.....are we erasing ourselves..now just WHO do we think we are...!!!
Though I laughed so hard at these two beloved characters' mannerisms, the ending is poignant. We ARE erasing ourselves by these evil acts. I am saddened as well to know that an innocent little eight year old boy, who was waiting to see his daddy cross the finish line, lives NO LONGER. I can only think that my little bunnies at school, both obedient and a bit naughty, deserve to live in a world that is bright and beautiful. Only WE can continue to provide that for them, can't we dearest heart?
Yes, it all starts with our mind, our words, our actions, our character - OUR DESTINY. All I know is that I hope that my destiny includes safely traveling to The Netherlands to see mijn zuster one day.
OH! I lived in Boston for 11 years while Ruben went to school there. We used to go to the Boston Marathon every year to enjoy seeing the runners, go shopping on Newbury St. and then go eat at the Italian section of town, The North End. Our lovely world is changing so....
