I don't know what kind of bird she is, but there is a sweet little thing that lives in our yard (she has been building a nest in the bird house) and she comes to sing to me every single day. Your photo here shows exactly what it's like for me when she comes very close to where my sitting area is. She sits on the arbor and sings her heart out. She stays on the arbor or the tip of her birdhouse when I pass, and does not leave. Here, the Wind in the Willows gang remind me of me, Ruben, you, Penny - for in Nowhere, you are somewhere, with someone out there who believes.

THIS IS MY BIRD! I looked up Nightingale, and dearest Dutchess, this is the bird in my garden! I also went to Youtube and heard the song of the Nightingale, and it's confirmed. Thank you for this sweet illustration that helped me identify my little friend. Her name? Florence. teeehee
