Dear Dutchess,
I love the illustration, and the quote! I too am keeping it simple...
Every time I hear this song it tugs at my heart.
Thank you for sharing.

Dearest one, I am late? I missed your posting because yesterday, it was a magical day and night.

But first, I must say that I so agree with Ms. Brontë here; if happiness cannot be shared, it's like taking a bite into a colorful, fluffy, meaty morsel only to find it has no taste. Our Christmas has been and will unspool into a simple affair, but because it's shared, it tastes like a banquet. Enjoy your cottage, the family in it, the dreams outside your window. I am on the other side, thinking of you.

Two so beautiful seasonal images, and once again, wonderful simple but truthful words. Thank you for all which you find and share with us throughout the year. I hope your book is going well and that you enjoy a very Happy Christmas and New Year. x
