Liverpool museums - Dragonfly stew recipe at World Museum Liverpool: "Ingredients
6 shallots, sliced
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
75g ginger root
1 fresh chilli pepper, diced
330g dragonflies, wings removed
½ litre coconut milk
Preparation
Brown the shallots in the oil and add the garlic and ginger. Mix in the chilli and dragonflies then stir-fry for about 10 minutes. Once the dragonflies are browned add the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.".....Do Not Try this athome!

Lovely painting, interesting menu!
No wonder the dragonflies don't hang around in my garden for very long! Great recipe, must have quite a crunch! x
