Even though this lovely lady is overheated, she is still so beautiful! I do hope you are all keeping cool...we have had a very cool summer ourselves, even wearing jackets yesterday as we went out for our daily walk and climb up two sets of very, very steep and long steps! We were able to overlook the town and see the beautiful St. Croix river below. It was total magic. Anita
Oh my dearest Dutchess! You are a wonderful friend and such an early bird! However, you are all several hours ahead of us here...Your dress is stunning; I bet you look just marvelous in it! I take it Gustave had no problem driving through the rain? Do stay for a light snack or even better yet, stay for a full-blown dinner! We are serving a Provençal chicken dinner tonight...do little mice like chicken? :) Yes, isn't rhyming fun? I am now thinking of my own final act 3, and how I will leave it open for someone to complete. Oh the joys of creative writing! Bisous to all my dear little friends, Anita

Looking at all these lovely pictures are a breath of fresh air. I've really enjoyed my visit :)

Ah, Jane Austen. I just watched for the second time in two weeks, a movie named Lost in Austen. It is a funny movie. Quickly one of my favorites.
