How sweet the moonlight sleeps upon this bank.
Here will we sit, and let the sounds of music
Creep in our ears; soft stillness, and the night
Become the touches of sweet harmony.”
William Shakespeare
Its the stillness before the storm..nature holds its breath..after two warm summerday's there is a thunderstorm coming our way...

oh nou, van mij mag het hoor!
en de natuur kan ook wel wat vocht gebruiken!
Wonderful words from the bard. Like with you yesterday here was very hot and the night very warm and unsettling - I found it hard to sleep - now we have heavy showers but no thunder storms as yet:)
Good morning my dearest Dutchess! I was out all day yesterday and missed your new post! Yes, we had some interesting weather here yesterday; we had a tornado touch down not too far from us and trees were uprooted and houses were destroyed. No one was hurt or killed as could easily been the case. May you have a peaceful storm come your way to water the lovely vegetation. OH! Don't you just love "Je Chante"? That is one of my favorite tunes...I have so many other fun French songs but they are not found on the playlist choices. Balzac sings and whistles and hoots and howls while this plays...it makes me chuckle and I knew that you and the gang would love it. We are sooo looking forward for you to see act 2. It is all written up and will be posted (or the curtain will go up) immediately on Saturday! Tell Miss Moussie to wear her green velvet gown. The Tea Rat says it is his favorite!!! Bisous, Anita
Our skies look very much like that tonight. Lovely words go hand in hand.
