Great words...but easier said then done..still it will always be the advice I would give..when you need to step out of your comfort zone..

I was just sitting here waiting for your page to open and before I even saw this, I was thinking how today I just feel like RUNNING. Sitting and grading papers is part of what I have to do, but running, dancing, challenging my mind and abilities is what I crave at this moment...thank you.
